Campaign Results

Bond PR evaluated the campaign by amount and value of media coverage secured, relationships developed in the media, and an increase in online and in-store sales. After a year and a half campaign, we saw a significant increase in media coverage, and Sucré saw a significant increase in sales, both in-store and online. December 2008, which was among the worst periods in retail history, proved prosperous for Sucré as sales increased by 20% in-store and 250% online compared to the same period in 2007. Web site traffic increased 175% in December 2008 over 2007.

A sampling of media coverage and relationships developed with writers and editors include Bon Appetit, Esquire.com, Maxim magazine, Playboy magazine, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, coolhunting.com, Executive Traveler, Food & Wine, Gourmet, Departures magazine, Domino magazine and Yahoo! Shopping.com.

Bond PR was selected to launch and promote Sucré, an ultra premium dessert boutique located in New Orleans, to consumers, local and national media. Primary goals included penetrating and raising brand awareness in the local market, raising brand awareness in the national market, an building a national customer base via its online store at www.shopsucre.com.
